Classes, Demos and Workshops

Since its founding, The Woodstock Byrdcliffe Guild (WBG) has offered educational classes. Jewelry classes are held in our Tinker Room in our Woodstock Village facility on Tinker Street. From time to time, special workshops, lectures and seminars are presented. Classes will be listed here as they are scheduled; for information on planned offerings, contact Carla T. Steel Pan Workshop

Steel pan workshop for adults and children with Aston "Robot" Ellis

Aston "Robot" Ellis

Steel pan performer and instructor, Aston "Robot" Ellis, will be teaching the art of playing the steel pan. The workshops are for ages 10 years through adults beginning Monday, June 22. There will be a series of 6 one-hour workshops, 4:00-5:00 pm, EVERY MONDAY, ending on Monday, July 27. Cost for the workshop will be $15/class or all six sessions for $90. Steel pans will be provided by the instructor.
