SUMMARY:Play-Off\, a reading of a new play by Jason Wang
DESCRIPTION:PURCHASE TICKETS \n“Play-Off” — a new play by Jason Wang\, will be read by professional actors in front of a live audience. The playwright will engage with the audience after the performance to collect feedback. \nThe Super Bowl has begun\, everyone is hyped and ready to watch. In this comedy-drama\, old friends\, and new friends\, fight old battles\, begin new ones\, learn secrets and choose sides. Some still try to enjoy this one night event. \n\nJason Wang is a proud Connecticut native who often travels to New York City to catch new shows. Every time he steps into a theatre\, he’s inspired by the creativity on stage—stories that make audiences laugh\, cry\, or feel a mix of both. After each show\, Jason finds himself motivated to write something of his own\, hoping one day to see his work performed Off-Broadway or on Broadway. \nPURCHASE TICKETS \n  \nIn partnership with Round The Bend Theatre  — a mobile theater company with a mission to encourage Hudson Valley playwrights and their work in development. Through the process of inclusive readings and reflection\, new voices are nurtured for future work. \n  \nAdditional Round the Bend Theater productions at Byrdclffe Theater: \nSunday\, June 14\, 2026\, 3 PM\nThe Dummies Guide to Murdering Your Husband\, a reading of a new play by Nathan Johnson\nPURCHASE TICKETS | ADDITIONAL INFORMATION \nSunday\, June 28\, 2026\, 3 PM\nPlay-Off\, a reading of a new play by Jason Wang\nPURCHASE TICKETS | ADDITIONAL INFORMATION \nSunday\, July 12\, 2026\, 3 PM\nLoving Vivian\, a new musical by Timothy Brown and Daniel Chadwick\npurchase tickets | additional information \nSunday\, July 26\, 2026\, 3 PM\nThe Goodness Robot\, a reading of a new play by Paul Allman\npurchase tickets | additional information \nSunday\, August 9\, 2026\, 3 PM\nLet There Be\, a reading of a new play by Stephen Kaplan\npurchase tickets | additional information \nSunday\, August 23\, 2026\, 3 PM\nJulia C\, a reading of a new play by Daniel Pink\npurchase tickets | additional information \n
