Byrdcliffe’s multidimensional program includes a residency, school, exhibitions, performance and educational platforms across the visual, literary and performing arts. We also steward an historic collection, important Arts & Crafts era architecture and 250 acres of land. Support the arts, such as the Woodstock Byrdcliffe Guild’s artist-in-residence program, exhibitions, classes, performances, etc. by making an impact gift! We recognize your contribution on our website and other materials. Impact Giving donations start at $250, and go to $1,000 or any greater amount you wish to give. Impact gift benefits include a 10% discount at the Byrdcliffe Shop, and discounts at our classes and events.
Fellowships are an opportunity for you to make a significant impact on the life and work of a creative individual. For many artists your support will provide them an opportunity to experience Byrdcliffe as an Artist-in-Residence or student of one of our craft disciplines, for one year. A Class fellowship covers three classes in one year, and an Artist-in-Residence Fellowship covers a one month long session.
Your support will allow an artist to spend uninterrupted time at the Byrdcliffe Art Colony. Fellowships start at $800 per year per artist and go up to $1,800 which includes a full scholarship and travel stipend. Class fellowships are $800 and allow an artist to take three classes per fellowship year. Fellowships are also available for people of color, LGBTQ+, artists affected by natural disasters, women, low income, and others.
