Purchase tickets

Byrdcliffe is thrilled to announce a special, holiday performance by acclaimed pianist Katya Grineva. On Sunday, December 13, 2026, at 3:00 PM, Katya will play the grand Steinway at the Kleinert James Gallery (34 Tinker St, Woodstock, NY) and present a holiday recital prior to her performance at Carnegie Hall.

Katya’s remarkable journey began in Moscow, where she started studying piano at the age of six. She came to the United States in 1989, as a young pianist with two aspirations: to continue her musical education and, one day, to perform at Carnegie Hall. Ten years later she made her Carnegie Hall debut on May 13, 1998. What began as a dream grew into an extraordinary artistic tradition, with Katya returning to Carnegie Hall for more than two decades of celebrated performances, including her signature holiday concerts.

Katya will be making a stop at the Kleinert James Gallery prior to her scheduled concert at Carnegie Hall on December 27, 2026. She will perform songs for the season with selections from Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, Gershwin, Mozart, Ravel, Schubert, Tchaikovsky, and others.
